Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order shows up damaged, incomplete, or not what you expected, don’t stress. Just shoot us an email at xoxo@drinkredacted.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

We’ll either replace the item or refund your purchase—fast.
Returns & Refunds
Because our drinks are consumable and perishable, we don’t accept returns on opened products. If your order is unopened and in its original condition, we may be able to offer a refund or exchange. Just reach out and we’ll handle it case by case.

Subscriptions
Managing a subscription? You can update, pause, or cancel it any time before your next renewal. Once your subscription order processes, it’s treated like any standard order under the policy above.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is missing, reach out to the carrier first. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
